Bottom-mounted high-shear emulsifier, stainless steel emulsification tank bottom emulsifier is a high-performance dispersion emulsifier designed for bottom entry into containers. It mixes, emulsifies, and disperses free-flowing or viscous liquid media in batch operations. Using the rotor-stator principle, ECA is used for applications that cannot be completed by traditional stirring methods.
Suitable for special environments or hygiene-grade requirements, it is installed at the bottom of the tank. It is a bottom-mounted high-shear dispersion emulsifier that allows materials to be discharged or circulated after processing. With traditional bottom-mounted tank installations, materials cannot be discharged separately after processing. ECA can provide two different circulation methods: internal and external.
The ECA machine can avoid strong vortices and aeration, even when the tank has a very low filling level or the container is being emptied during stirring or dispersion.
The ECA machine features a simple and sturdy design. It has a three-phase motor, a rotor drive shaft, and a flange, equipped with a rotor that forms a compact unit with a cover. The standard version of ECA is suitable for processing at temperatures up to 120 °C. The shaft seal uses a low-maintenance mechanical seal.
